My "Favorite/Best of 00's" list
For what it’s worth, these are chosen based on (a) my opinions on what great songwriting/album conceiving is; (b) albums I listened to over and over, feel warm thinking about, and/or contain most of my favorite songs of the decade.

An idea for something I’d love to see but do not have the programming chops to create: a Google Maps hack that will give walking directions for not the shortest but the greenest route to a destination.
